At VELENTO, we maintain strict quality control standards for all our products. To protect both our customers and our business, we have implemented the following Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy. By placing an order with VELENTO, you agree to all terms and conditions stated below.
You have 15 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, refund, or exchange.
To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure fair resolution of disputes, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any claim regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.
Video Requirements:
Submission: Send the video along with your Order Number to our official Instagram account: @velento_wear.
Important: Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may result in rejection of your claim.
To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, have all original tags attached, be returned in its original packaging, and show no signs of damage caused by customer use.
All returned products undergo a quality inspection. Returns may be rejected if the item shows signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume/smoke/strong odors, pet hair, stretching/alterations, or missing tags. Rejected items may be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange: Sale items, clearance items, discounted products, gift cards, or any item marked as Final Sale.
Once your return is received and approved after inspection, your refund will be processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after inspection approval.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color selected by the customer. Exchanges are only available for products that are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery and supported by a valid unboxing video.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, please return the unused item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items reach our facility safely. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. VELENTO is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected return shipments. Refunds cannot be issued for items that are not received by us.
